Resolution 2009-5 updates and formalizes parking policy and procedures.

Supersedes Resolutions 2008-2, 2004-3, 99-2, and any other previous parking resolutions.

Pest Control

It is the owner’s responsibility to make sure that the unit is maintained in a clean and habitable condition. Pest extermination for roaches, silverfish, etc., is provided by the Association. To schedule extermination, contact the site office. Pest Control is provided to you by the Association at no charge to you. You must, however, schedule the service through the Association office.
